Ours started in a small neighborhood café in Seville, Spain. During a trip there, we walked into a local café that completely changed the way we looked at coffee shops. It wasn't just the coffee. It was personal. People lingered over conversations, the intimacy of the space, and the warmth of genuine hospitality. I remember thinking, I want to create a place that makes people feel like this. When I shared that feeling with my dad, he smiled. Owning a place of his own had always been his dream after spending years working in restaurants. In that moment, what began as a conversation soon became a plan. That's how Alchemist's Table Café was born.

As a father-and-daughter team, we've built this café with the hope of creating something more than just a place to grab coffee. We wanted a space where people could slow down, catch up with friends, study, work, celebrate small moments, or simply enjoy a quiet break from the day.

The name Alchemist's Table represents transformation. Just as an alchemist transforms simple elements into something extraordinary, we believe that the simple moments can become meaningful memories.
